We do not initiate contact with you (clients or potential clients) by SMS, and we do not send out any automated or promotional text messages. We collect personal information through our website, such as your name and phone number, exclusively for communication with our firm. SMS opt-in and phone numbers collected for SMS communication purposes will not be shared with any third party and affiliates for marketing purposes. We do not sell or share your personal information with any third parties, except as may be required by law. You will see language on our website Contact Us page, explicitly giving consent for us to communicate with you by SMS. You may also initiate contact with us by you texting our office number. This opt-in process is distinct and separate from any other communication preferences you may have with us. All communications from our office by SMS are exclusively by humans, not bulk or automated messaging, and they are only within the scope and purpose of our representation or potential representation of our clients and potential clients.

SMS Consent Communications—The information (Phone Numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
